Job Summary
This position involves working in a department directly under the Chairman to manage business development and lab establishment tasks. The role requires frequent overseas business travel to oversee lab setups and project launches. Candidates will receive on-the-job training to acquire necessary industry and lab knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Manage business development and new business launches
- Oversee the establishment of overseas laboratories
- Carry out tasks assigned by the department head
- Participate in approximately 10 overseas business trips per year
Required Skills
- Fluent English (TOEIC 865+)

Job Details
Job Description: This position involves working in a department directly under the Chairman, handling all assigned tasks. Each member has a specialized role, and the role we particularly expect from this position is the establishment of labs (primarily overseas).
[Specific Job Responsibilities]
- All tasks related to business development and new business launches.
- All other tasks as instructed by the department head.
Industry and lab knowledge can be acquired through on-the-job training and education from the department head; therefore, a willingness to acquire knowledge is desirable.
Business Trips: Approximately 10 overseas business trips per year, each lasting 1-2 weeks.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1-hour break)
