■ Job Description: You will be responsible for quality assurance work, primarily handling complaints regarding the company's products sold in overseas markets, and translating some documents. Business trips will be required for technical troubleshooting and training of maintenance personnel at local distributors. *Trips occur approximately once every 2-3 months, with each trip lasting 2-3 weeks. *You will often be accompanied by overseas sales staff. ■ Training System: After learning about business policies and the roles of each department, you will receive on-the-job training (OJT) in your assigned department. Support will be tailored to your experience level. You can acquire product knowledge through accompanying staff on domestic after-sales maintenance visits and OJT in the Quality Assurance Department. ■ Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 ■ Job Requirements: [Required Qualifications] - Business-level English (including overseas business trips) - Interest in machine support, technical roles, and quality control [Preferred Qualifications] - Technical experience (maintenance, manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, etc.) - Business-level Chinese [Language Requirements] - English: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860) - Japanese: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1) - Chinese: Business Conversation Level ■ Benefits: - Bonus: Twice a year (approx. 4.5 to 5.0 months' salary) - Salary Increase: Once a year (approx. 2%) - Insurance: Health, employee pension, employment insurance - Commuting allowance: Up to 50,000 yen per month - Retirement allowance: Defined benefit corporate pension - Holidays: 125 annual holidays, complete two-day weekend (Sat/Sun), national holidays, paid leave, summer and New Year holidays.
