Air Cargo Operations Specialist
Job Summary
You will be responsible for coordinating with overseas group companies and domestic customers to manage air and sea import/export operations. This role involves handling documentation, customs correspondence, and invoicing within a stable team environment. Responsibilities
- Coordinate air and sea import/export operations
- Manage MAWB and HAWB documentation
- Communicate with overseas branches and customs brokers
- Issue quotations and handle invoicing
- Perform data entry in company systems
Required Skills
- 4+ years freight forwarding experience
- Fluent English (Business Level)
- Fluent Japanese (N1 Level)
- Air/Sea cargo operational knowledge
- Customer service and coordination

Job Description:
You will be responsible for coordinating with overseas group companies (or agents) and domestic customers to handle air and sea import/export operations. This is a stable work environment with employees in their 30s to 50s.
General air cargo export operations:
- MAWB and HAWB operations
- Correspondence with overseas and domestic customers
- Correspondence with shippers and customs brokers
- Data entry into the company system
- Invoicing
- Providing quotations to overseas branches and shippers
- Arranging related tasks
Working Hours:
9:30-18:30 (8 hour working time). Little overtime.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of practical experience in air and sea cargo import/export in the freight forwarding industry
- Business level or higher in both English and Japanese

Language Requirements:
- English: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)

Benefits:
- Salary: ¥4,500,000 - ¥5,500,000 (depending on experience)
