Job Summary
This role involves inspecting, maintaining, and repairing robotics and machinery within factory environments. The position is ideal for beginners, offering 1.5 months of structured technical training at a specialized facility. Candidates will perform essential troubleshooting and mechanical repairs to ensure continuous production operations.

■Specific Job Description
This job involves inspecting, replacing parts, maintaining, and testing robots and machinery used in factories and other facilities to ensure their safe operation.
【Specific Examples】
・Inspection and repair of production line equipment for smartphones, automobiles, etc.
・Maintenance and inspection of manufacturing machines
For example… "The machine has stopped" → Emergency response and repair; "There's a strange noise" → Parts replacement and cause identification.
■Post-Employment Process
① Approximately 1.5 months of training (at our company's training facility, Techno Center)
・Business etiquette, tool usage, basic knowledge of machinery, and practical training.
② After assignment, you will begin working at sites mainly for major manufacturers.
■Working Hours
08:30 - 17:30 (Night shift occasionally required).
Average Monthly Overtime: 30 hours or less.
Standard working hours: 8 hours, break: 1 hour.
*Depending on the assigned location, shift work may apply.
■Job Requirements
- No prior industry or job experience required.
- For foreign nationals: Japanese native level (JLPT N1 or equivalent).
- No work restrictions.
- Good at meticulous work and following established procedures.
- Interest in machinery, model kits, repairs, or DIY.
■Compensation & Benefits
- Expected Annual Income: ¥3,000,000 - ¥4,000,000.
- Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 - ¥290,000 + 100% overtime pay.
- Bonus: Twice a year.

- Qualification acquisition support (exam fees and textbooks fully covered).
