Frontend Engineer
Job Summary
You will join a digital creative studio to handle end-to-end development for diverse projects, from startups to large corporate business PoC. The role involves participating from the planning stage (0 to 1) and utilizing modern web technologies to build scalable applications. You will work in a flexible, remote-friendly environment with a global, diverse team.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end product development from planning to release
- Selecting appropriate tech stacks and system architecture
- Agile front-end development and service design
- Collaborating on backend development and data-driven projects
Required Skills
- 5+ years experience in HTML5/CSS3/TypeScript
- Proficiency in Vue.js (3.0) and React
- Native-level Japanese (JLPT N1)
- Knowledge of MVVM/Clean Architecture
- Experience with backend development

* Creation of new services that provide new value
* Selection of services and tools to be used
* System design tailored to shared objectives within the team
* Agile front-end development
* Service design from an engineer's perspective
* Business development support for a dispatch support service for transportation companies
* Providing a stress-free and comfortable rental car experience through an app
* Development of an Intrapreneur Accelerator Program (IAP)
* Development of a data-driven, appropriate infertility treatment support service
* Backend development of a voice call system capable of handling over 100 calls
* Development of an alcohol recommendation service based on data and user attributes
### Working Hours
* Standard working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (including a 60-minute break)
* Assumes 8 hours of work per day
* Discretionary work system for specialists
* Flexible working hours (no core time)
* Overtime hours: Approximately 10-20 hours per month
### Job Requirements
* Experience developing web applications using HTML5 / CSS3 / TypeScript (目安: 5 years or more)
* Experience developing with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Vue.js (3.0 series) and React
* Native-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1)
* Experience working in Japan
* Backend development experience and knowledge
* Experience participating from the upstream process
* Understanding and being able to write design concepts such as MVVM Clean Architecture
* Strongly product-oriented and client-oriented mindset
### Salary Details
* Expected Annual Income: ¥6,055,000 - ¥10,000,000
* Monthly Salary: ¥432,500 - ¥714,286 (Basic Salary: ¥328,900 - ¥491,066, Job Allowance: ¥103,600 - ¥223,220)
* Transportation Allowance, Overtime Pay
* Bonus: Twice a year; Salary Increase: Once a year
