AI Application Engineer

Job Description In our AI consulting business, currently in its launch phase, you will work as an AI engineer, responsible for designing and developing business support tools and PoC systems utilizing generative AI. * Generative AI Application Development: Design and development of systems utilizing ChatGPT API, LangChain, and RAG (Search Extension Generator) * Platform Development: System development in the Microsoft Copilot Studio environment * Optimization of Business Flow: Development of user-friendly interfaces such as lightweight Web UI (React/Next.js, etc.) and Slack Bots * Rapid PoC Development: Prototype development in collaboration with consultants, immediately incorporating client feedback * Depending on your experience and preferences, you can excel in either a business-oriented or technical role. Working Hours • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours of actual work) • Flexible working hours (Core time): 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Start time) 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (End time) 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM • Break time: 60 minutes • Overtime: Less than 30 hours per month Job Requirements * Experience in web application development using Python or TypeScript (3+ years) * Experience in API design and implementation (e.g., FastAPI) * Experience in team development using Git, etc. * Japanese: Near-native level (N1 or higher) * Experience working in Japan * Experience using generative AI technologies such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI API * Frontend development experience with React/Next.js * Development experience integrating with business tools such as Slack Bots * Highly curious about new technologies and enjoys trial and error * Able to understand business requirements and translate them into applications * Able to develop based on hypotheses even when specifications are not yet finalized Salary Details * Estimated Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥12,000,000 * Monthly Salary: ¥500,000 - ¥1,000,000 (Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours) * Salary Increase: 4 times a year * Incentive Bonus System Available Employee Benefits • Social insurance (employee pension, employment insurance, health insurance, workers' compensation insurance) • Family allowance, Marriage bonus, Transportation allowance • Regular health checkups • E-learning (Track Training) for programming, AI, etc. • Access to a generation AI environment • Company-provided PC, mobile phone (for eligible employees) • English support for manuals and events, visa acquisition support Holidays • Annual holidays: 120 days • Complete two-day weekend, Public holidays, Year-end and New Year holidays, Paid leave, Bereavement leave, Special leave, Maternity leave, Childcare leave, Menstrual leave Job Contract Period • Full-time employment • Probationary period: 3 months
