Job Summary
In this role, you will provide life insurance consultation services at 'Hoken no Madoguchi' stores, acting as a Life Partner for walk-in customers. You will utilize a team-based approach to create customized insurance plans from over 40 companies without the pressure of individual quotas or cold calling. The position offers comprehensive training for those without prior insurance experience and a strong focus on long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct insurance consultations and life plan simulations.
- Compare and propose products from over 40 insurance companies.
- Handle contract documentation and administrative procedures.
- Provide ongoing after-sales support to existing customers.

### Job Responsibilities
* **Insurance Consultation:** Carefully listen to life events (marriage, childbirth, home purchase, education, retirement, etc.) and concerns to organize necessary coverage.
* **Life Plan Creation:** Visualize future financial needs and risks to help customers make informed choices.
* **Comparison and Planning:** Analyze and propose optimal combinations of products from over 40 companies.
* **Administrative Work:** Create application documents, guide customers through paperwork, and input contract information.
* **After-sales Support:** Build long-term relationships through insurance reviews, address changes, and renewal reminders.
* **Professional Development:** Continuously update product knowledge through insurance company training.
### Working Hours
* Shift system between 09:30 and 21:00 (Example: 09:30-18:30 or 12:00-21:00).
* Average monthly overtime is 10 hours or less.
### Requirements
* At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
* At least six months of employment experience as a full-time employee.
* No insurance or financial industry experience required.
* Fluent in Japanese (JLPT Level 1 or N1).
