Full-Stack Product Engineer
Job Summary
The Product Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end development of an e-commerce subscription platform, covering requirement definition to deployment. The role involves designing system architecture, developing new features, and managing AWS infrastructure while collaborating with business stakeholders. You will work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing system quality and performance to enhance user experience.

- Conduct code reviews and quality control
Required Skills
- 3+ years Backend development
- Ruby on Rails proficiency
- AWS infrastructure management
- Fluent Japanese (N2) & Business English
- Experience in E-commerce or Subscription services

• Requirements Definition: Collaboration with the business side to align requirements, consider system requirements and issues, and define specifications.
• Architecture Design and Database Design for Each Measure

Working Hours:
• Remote work: 3 days remotely per week, 2 days in the office per week
• Flexible working hours (8 hours of scheduled work, core time 12:00-17:00)
Job Requirements:
• Backend development experience (3+ years)
• Experience from requirements gathering to design, development, and operational development
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders outside engineering and with clients
• Business conversation level English (TOEIC 735-860)
• Business level Japanese (JLPT N2)
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Experience developing with Ruby on Rails
• Frontend development experience
• Experience operating EC, Subscription, or D2C services
• AWS environment construction and operation management
