We are seeking a leader candidate to drive data integration batch development and CDP workflow construction for our high-growth proprietary marketing product, GENIEE CDP. The role involves directly interacting with customers to understand requirements, managing project progress, and building advanced data dashboards. You will work in an AI-native environment, leveraging cutting-edge technology to improve operational efficiency and productivity for our clients.

### Job Description
Delivery of our proprietary product "GENIEE CDP" and related tasks. Directly interviewing customers to understand their requirements, planning schedules, and managing implementation. Referencing various customer data, analyzing, researching, and proposing methods for integrating with CDP. Overseeing and managing the progress of multiple projects.
### Key Responsibilities
- Development of data integration batches: Developing data integration batches to match customer data formats during CDP implementation.
- CDP Workflow / Looker Dashboard Construction: Building workflows and dashboards using BI tools (Google Cloud Looker).
- Outsourcing and Vendor Control: Providing work instructions and conducting reviews for outsourced workers and vendors.

### Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of practical experience using SQL and databases.
- 2+ years of implementation experience using programming languages.
- Experience in customer balance during system/service implementation or development.
- Experience in web service/web product development or implementation OR data engineering (data integration, processing, pipeline design, etc.).
### Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing with Python, Go, or Ruby.
- Experience handling large-scale data.
- Practical experience in a Linux environment/experience developing shell scripts.
- Experience creating dashboards using Google Looker/Looker Studio/Tableau.
### Work Style & Benefits
- Work hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Full-time).
