Engineering Manager VPoE Candidate

### Responsibilities (VPoE Candidate) - Formulating and executing medium- to long-term organizational strategies for the engineering organization. - Developing engineering recruitment strategies and driving recruitment efforts. - Training, evaluating, and providing career support for engineers. - Developing engineering managers and tech leads. - Improving development team productivity and refining development processes. - Identifying and resolving organizational challenges. - Optimizing the development organization through collaboration with the CTO, Product Managers (PdMs), business unit leaders, and others. - Formulating the development organization’s action plan based on product strategy and business priorities. - Addressing product development challenges from an engineering perspective to ensure teams can continuously deliver value. - Shaping and fostering an engineering culture. ### Recruitment Background The VPoE Candidate is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the growth, performance, and overall execution of the engineering organization. This includes designing the organizational structure, talent acquisition, career development, and optimizing processes.
