Job Summary
As a founding member of our Japan business, you will conduct live commerce on TikTok to promote sports and outdoor brands. You will engage with viewers in real time, build a fan base, and assist in content planning. The role offers flexible 4-6 hour shifts and performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Conducting TikTok live streams for product promotion

Required Skills
- Native level Japanese proficiency
- Comfortable presenting on camera
- Interest in sports, outdoor activities, and apparel
- Basic Chinese proficiency (optional but advantageous)

Job Responsibilities
- Appearing in and interacting with customers during TikTok live streams.
- Standing in front of the camera, displaying products, introducing their features and appeal, and promoting sales in real time.
- Responding to and interacting with comments from viewers during the stream.
- Enhancing the overall excitement of the stream and encouraging account follows.
- Content planning and video shooting: Assisting with the planning and shooting of short videos (for TikTok) to convey the appeal of brand products.
- Collaborating with the management team to brainstorm ideas for streaming schedules and production.
Working Hours & Conditions
- Working Hours: Choose your preferred 4-6 hour shifts between 9:30 AM and 11:00 PM.
- Working Days: 5 days a week, shift system (flexible working hours and shifts determined according to live streaming schedules).
- Overtime: None.
- Holidays: Two days off per week (shift system), Paid leave.
