【Detailed Description】
- Customer Approach and Needs Analysis: Proactively engage with a diverse range of customers. Listen to their specific needs, including device features, budget, and pain points with current hardware.
- Proposal and Contracting: Propose the most suitable smartphone, tablet, and pricing plan. Introduce broadband services (e.g., SoftBank Hikari) and guide customers through the contract procedures upon agreement.
【Working Hours】
- Shift work under a variable working hours system.
- Average actual working hours: 8 hours per day.
- Working hours for each workday determined by monthly schedule.
- Average overtime: 10 hours per month.
- Generally required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
【Job Requirements】
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent English proficiency (TOEIC 865+).
- For foreign nationals: Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher).
