Job Description: As an electrical engineer, you will be responsible for design and development. You will be assigned to each client. We will match you with your desired technical field/job content. [Project/case examples] ・Circuit design for car navigation systems ・Circuit design for ECUs ・Circuit design for digital cameras ・Circuit design for smartphones and mobile phones, R/F, image, and voice processing ・Circuit design for MRI ・Circuit design for system LSIs. Working Hours: 9:00-17:45 (May vary slightly depending on place of employment), Overtime available (approximately 25 hours per month). Job Requirements: [Required] High school graduate or above, 3+ years of electrical design experience, Resident in Japan, Able to transfer nationwide, For foreign nationals, hold a status-based visa or an Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa and hold N1 certification. [Preferred] Sensitive to the latest technology trends and constantly striving for self-improvement, Emphasize team collaboration and effective communication, Experience using electrical CAD and CAE design, Experience leading development projects, Experience mentoring and training junior staff. [Desired Profile] Able to mentor and train team members and be entrusted with team management, Desire to acquire skills that will be useful in the future, Comfortable with learning new technologies and information, Desire to grow, improve skills, and advance, Japanese Level: Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1). Salary and Benefits: Monthly salary: ¥250,000 - ¥440,000. Expected annual salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥8,000,000. Salary increase: Annual (May). Bonus: Twice a year.
