B2B Event Marketing Producer
Job Summary
You will be responsible for supporting clients' marketing efforts by planning and managing projects from initial proposal to execution. The role focuses on maximizing the impact of limited budgets through effective B2B event marketing and production. You will act as a producer for major clients, overseeing progress and coordinating various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Job Description:
- Be at the forefront of projects as a project manager: Propose plans, oversee them as a producer, and guide them to success.
- Plan to maximize the impact of client budgets, focusing on event marketing.
- Serve as a sales liaison for clients, primarily existing major foreign IT companies.
- Hearing client issues and proposing strategic plans.
- Selecting and coordinating partner companies.
- Directing the production of various materials.
- Managing the progress of events on the day.
- Handle B2B events, press conferences, exhibitions, in-house training, novelty items, and video production.
Working Hours:
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours, 60-minute break).
- Hybrid work (combining work from home and office) is available.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a B2B event producer.
- Experience managing events and projects in a planning and sales position at an advertising agency.
- Interactive English skills are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively both inside and outside the company.
Language Requirements:
- English: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860).
- Japanese: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly salary starting from ¥420,000 (including fixed overtime pay of ¥58,000 for 30 hours).
- Complete social insurance (employment, workers' compensation, health, and employee pension).
- Full transportation expenses covered.
- Bonuses: Twice a year (July and December).
- Salary increase: Once a year (April).
Working Conditions:
- Annual holidays: 120 days.
- Full two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
- Paid vacation: 10 days granted after six months of employment.
- Probationary period: 6 months.
