Server-side Tech Lead

■Department Overview The Technology Management Department, Product Cross-Development Division, is an engineering organization developing corporate services. We aim to shorten lead times and deliver overwhelming value to corporate clients by utilizing latest technologies including AI. ■Job Description ①Team Tech Lead ・Lead the team primarily on technical aspects within one team developing the corporate service 'doda CONNECT.' ②Cross-Development Tech Lead ・Responsible for all aspects of technical management across multiple development teams for the corporate service 'doda CONNECT.' In both positions, you will have the autonomy to drive development as a technical specialist, including designing new architectures, selecting technologies to eliminate technical debt, improving development productivity, and engaging in hands-on development. ■Required Qualifications: * Experience developing web applications using object-oriented languages (such as C# or Java) * Experience leading a development team as a tech lead, focusing primarily on technical aspects * Experience collaborating with planning staff to drive product development as part of an agile development team ■Preferred Qualifications: * Experience leading the resolution of technical debt, including architecture design and technology selection * Experience leading product quality improvements to minimize defects * Experience leading improvements to the development process * Experience using and building cloud environments such as AWS * Interest in new technologies and a challenging spirit ■Language Requirements: * Japanese: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2) ■Working Hours: * Fully remote (location limited) * Flextime ■Benefits: * Comprehensive social insurance coverage * Five-Day Workweek * Congratulatory or Condolence Leave * Job Contract: Full-time employee
