Job Summary
We are seeking an SRE specialist to ensure infrastructure stability, optimize costs, and enhance system security. The role involves working closely with our backend team to manage AWS environments and promote DevOps practices. Required Skills
- 3+ years AWS infrastructure experience
- Terraform proficiency
- 1+ year application engineering experience
- CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Japanese N1 proficiency
Job Details
■ Mission
As an SRE, you will be responsible for tasks such as infrastructure stability, cost optimization, security, and promoting DevOps and observability.
■ Job Description
- AWS infrastructure design, construction, operation, and maintenance
- Infrastructure cost optimization
- Performance tuning
- Alert monitoring optimization
- Strengthening infrastructure security (Guardduty, etc.)
■ Working Hours
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours/day, 1-hour break)
- Flexible work system with a core time of 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- Office presence required two days a week (Tuesday and Friday); flexible arrangements available for specific circumstances.
■ Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an AWS infrastructure engineer
- Experience building infrastructure using Terraform
- 1+ year of experience as an application engineer
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines
- Japanese language proficiency at N1 level (for foreign nationals)
- Team leader experience (team of 3-5 people)
