As an assistant to the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks to ensure the success of our rapidly growing AI product project:
- Formulating and executing product strategies: Supporting the development of mid- to long-term product roadmaps based on the company's vision and business strategy.
- Supporting the development of differentiation strategies through market research and competitive analysis.
- Prioritizing product development through data-driven decision-making.
- Assisting with product development.
- Supporting requirements definition and specification development in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Promoting product improvements based on user interviews and data analysis.
- Catch up on the latest AI technologies and exploring practical applications.
- Understanding customer needs through cross-functional sales collaboration and collaboration with the customer success team.
- Supporting the creation of reports for management.
- Facilitating smooth communication within multinational and multidisciplinary teams.
[PM Team]
- In-house AI SaaS PdM: Focusing on expanding the functionality of products that have achieved PMF and expanding the customer base.
- AI Agent PMF: Planning and executing strategies to achieve PMF for innovative AI agents.
- PjM: Develop and deliver our own SaaS and Agent solutions to customers.
Job Requirements

- Strong interest in and eagerness to learn about product management or related to product management (product planning, project management, etc.)
- Basic IT literacy (basic knowledge of software development processes, web technology, etc.)
- Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills (ability to work smoothly with internal and external stakeholders)
- Japanese: N1 or native-speaker equivalent

- Some practical experience in software or systems development (including internships)
- Experience in market research or data analysis
