### Job Description
**What you will do**
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory requirements, and internal control procedures.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in coordination with hotel management.
- Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability across all departments.
- Supervise and train accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and respond to audit findings.
- Maintain fixed asset records and oversee inventory and cost control systems.
- Work closely with department heads to provide financial guidance and support operational decisions.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and corporate financial policies.
### Job Requirements
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems and financial reporting standards.
- Fluent English required; native-level Japanese proficiency required.
- Ability to prepare financial reports and communicate effectively in both English and Japanese.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
