Design Engineer Sunroofs
Job Summary
You will be responsible for the mechanical design and development of sunroofs for mass-production vehicle models. The role involves 3D modeling, layout creation, and coordinating product specifications to meet strength, weight, and operational requirements. You will also participate in advanced research and development of future roof systems and mechanisms.

Job Details
### Job Responsibilities
- Mechanical design of sunroofs and surrounding components, 3D model creation, layout (L/O) work, drafting, and evaluation tasks.
- Coordination with customers and internal/external sites/locations.
- Document preparation and reporting for evaluation meetings and other events.
- Advanced development of sunroofs, roof systems, and opening/closing mechanisms.
- Advanced technology research through competitive analysis and participation in trade shows/exhibitions.
- Expansion of sales activities to new OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).

- Standard Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:00 (8 hours)
- Core Time: 10:00 to 15:00
- Flexible Time 1 (Start): 07:00 to 10:00
- Flexible Time 2 (End): 15:00 to 22:00
### Required Experience and Skills
- Mandatory Requirements: Design experience with any type of product.
- Preferred Qualifications: University degree in Science and Engineering (Mechanical or Physics-related fields); Experience in the development of automotive parts; Experience using CATIA V5/V6.
- Japanese Level: Daily Conversation Level.
### Salary and Compensation Details
- Annual Salary Range: ¥4,000,000 to ¥8,000,000
- Bonus: Twice annually (June and December)
- Salary Increase: Once annually (April)
- Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 to ¥370,000
