AI System Project Manager
Job Summary
Manage and promote AI, data, and system development projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from requirements definition to release. You will coordinate between Japanese customers and development teams while ensuring project quality, budget, and schedule adherence. ### Job Description
Manage and promote AI/data projects and business/core system development projects. Manage the entire development process, from requirements definition to design, development, testing, and release. Meet with customers, coordinate requirements, and report progress and issues. Collaborate and communicate with development teams (Japan and overseas). Manage progress, quality, costs, and risks. Create project-related documentation (Japanese).
### Major Clients
Our clients include a wide range of major Japanese companies, including financial institutions, manufacturers, and distributors. Major beverage manufacturers, telecommunications carriers, automobile manufacturers, electric power companies, insurance companies, trust banks, airlines, and home appliance manufacturers.
### Working Hours
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Scheduled work hours: 8 hours, 0 minutes, break: 60 minutes). When working on-site at a client's office, the scheduled work hours will be in accordance with the client's schedule. Overtime: Average 15 hours per month.
### Job Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of IT project management experience.
- Experience with waterfall or agile development projects.
- Experience involved in the entire development process, from requirements definition to release.
- Fluent Japanese communication skills (N1 level or above).
- Ability to communicate effectively both inside and outside the company.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- PM/PL/SM experience in agile development (Scrum, etc.).
- Project experience for Japanese companies.
- Global/offshore development experience (especially offshore in Vietnam).
- Basic knowledge and interest in AI/data analysis.
- PMP, PMI-CPMAI, ScrumMaster, or other certifications.
- Communication skills in English.

- Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥12,000,000.
- Salary Increase: Annual.
- Commuting Allowance: Up to ¥20,000 per Month.
