LLM Engineer

■ Job Overview In the new "Data & AI Solutions Business," you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of ChatGPT for players such as securities companies and asset management companies, as well as leading development that goes beyond mere technical verification, such as integrating ChatGPT into analysis SaaS using alternative data. 【Specific Job Responsibilities】 You will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing projects/products using LLM. ・Research and study of technological trends and new technologies related to LLM ・Collaboration and cooperation with relevant departments and partner companies inside and outside the company ・Project progress management, quality control, and schedule management ・Planning of solutions and products using LLM ・Promotion of LLM-related development ■Technology Stack Python, dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Redshift, Terraform, Vue.js, React, AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenAI ■ Requirements • Practical experience in machine learning and natural language processing • Development experience using Python • Development experience using large-scale language models, both in a professional and personal setting ■ Preferred Skills • Experience presenting at academic conferences and writing papers related to AI technology • Experience using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) ■ Desired Candidate Profile • Customer-oriented development mindset • Ability to take ownership of product growth • Strong team collaboration and communication skills • Strong intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning • Meticulous attention to detail ■ Language Requirements • English: Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730) • Japanese: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2) ■ Working Conditions • Work Hours: Discretionary work system • Holidays: Complete two-day weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays), paid leave, year-end and New Year holidays, bereavement leave • Work Style: Flexible working hours, including hybrid office and remote work arrangements.
