Job Summary
This role involves leading the design, modification, and operation of a general-purpose data mart for a data analysis platform. The incumbent will manage data utilization projects, gather requirements from stakeholders, and implement data quality and management systems. The position aims for a candidate to evolve into an Analytics Engineer (AE) leader, driving the future roadmap of the company's analytics infrastructure.

▎Main Job Responsibilities
- Overall lead/coordination of the design, modification, and stable operation of the general-purpose data mart for the data analysis platform.
- Investigating source data, designing and implementing various data, and providing support to ensure the smooth progress of data utilization projects.
- Comprehensive lead of the regular operation of existing data products and execution of data utilization project management.
- Communicating with various internal stakeholders and gathering requirements.
- Initiatives to ensure data quality and implementation and systematization of data management.
▎Overview of Initiatives
- Designing and planning the ideal form of the data analysis platform/data mart.
- Implementing data utilization support through functional enhancement of core data and development/improvement of dashboards.
- Data modeling, including consideration of easily usable data formats.
- Developing the internal data analysis infrastructure (including AI development tools) and verifying future visualization tools.
- Collaborating with various internal teams to promote and support the visualization of data and AI utilization.

▎Job Requirements
- Experience participating in data mart development projects (3 years or more).
- 3 years or more of practical experience in data-related work including requirements definition, data extraction/aggregation, and visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of readable/maintainable query standards.
- English: TOEIC 700+ or equivalent.
- Japanese: Business level (N1 or higher).
