Job Summary
The IT Consultant will focus on the hyper-automation domain, providing strategic solutions and roadmap planning for clients. The role involves managing end-to-end projects, from initial client negotiations and proposal creation to implementation oversight. You will work closely with clients to align IT initiatives with their medium- to long-term growth strategies.

You will be responsible for the following tasks in the hyper-automation domain. Initially, senior employees will support you, and you will gradually be entrusted with tasks as you become more capable.
#### Specific Job Responsibilities
**IT Consulting**
- Selecting necessary IT solutions/services according to the client company's needs and proposing the optimal implementation method.
- Considering and proposing how the client company can utilize existing solutions.
- Creating a roadmap for core system replacement, taking into account the client company's medium- to long-term growth strategy.
**Project Management**
- Manage and lead the project by coordinating team members to ensure project success.
- Proposing the next project to the client.
**Project Proposal Activities**
- Understand the needs of new and existing client companies through negotiations.
- Gather information for proposal materials and create proposals for the optimal solution/project.
**Other Duties**
- In-house product development/coding.
- Training for client employees.
- Support for organizational development within client companies.
- Drafting internal regulations within client companies.
### Job Requirements
**Required Qualifications**
- N1 Certification (Fluent Japanese).
- 3+ years of experience in IT consulting.
- 3+ years of experience in customer negotiation and project proposal in the IT industry.
- 3+ years of experience in design and development (app/infrastructure).
- 3+ years of management experience (PL/PM/PMO, etc.).
**Preferred Experience and Skills**
- Project Management Ability.
- Customer Negotiation Skills.
- Document Creation Skills (Proposal/Progress Management, etc.).
- Practical Skills in the DX/RPA Field.
- Relevant certifications: G-Test, E-Certification, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Fundamental/Applied Information Technology Engineer, IT Strategist, Security Specialist, IT Coordinator.
