Job Details

Job Description: You will be responsible for the following tasks in the hyper-automation domain: Initially, senior employees will support you, and you will gradually be entrusted with tasks as you become more capable. Specific Job Responsibilities: ■ Requirements definition, design, development, and implementation support for clients' business challenges ■ Provision of solutions utilizing AI, RPA, Salesforce, Power Platform, etc. ■ Consulting for business process optimization and automation ■ AI and RPA training for client employees, and support for building operation and maintenance systems ■ Process mining, business process restructuring, BPR, macro and various script development, tool development, and database analysis, etc. Work Environment & Benefits: ◆ Complete two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday) ◆ National holidays ◆ Year-end and New Year holidays (December 29th to January 3rd) ◆ Summer holidays (3 days between July and September) ◆ Annual paid leave ◆ Maternity, Childcare, and Family care leave ◆ Full reimbursement of commuting expenses ◆ Health checkup cost subsidy ◆ Casual dress code ◆ Comprehensive social insurance ◆ Membership in the Japan Health Insurance Association Job Requirements: ■ N1 certification obtained ■ No educational or work experience required ■ Experience developing using RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, WinActor, BizRobo! preferred) ■ Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1)
