Job Summary
You will be responsible for sales of semiconductor testers to major industry clients in Japan. The role involves identifying customer technical issues, proposing solutions, and coordinating with the Malaysian headquarters. It requires frequent business travel and collaboration with international teams.

### Job Description
- You will be in charge of sales of semiconductor testers.
- Regularly contact customers in the semiconductor industry and hear about issues in the post-manufacturing process.
- You will propose our own products that meet the issues.
- After the specifications are finalized, you will create a quote while communicating in English with employees at the Malaysian headquarters.
- You will negotiate the price with the customer and handle the order.

- Several major companies in the semiconductor industry.
### Sales Style
- Mainly existing customers.
- New sales may be made based on feedback.
### About business trips
- The company will cover travel expenses and hotel fees for business trips, and a car will be provided to transport you from the hotel to the customer's site.
### Training System
- After joining the company, you will have a tour of the manufacturing base for about a week, followed by about six months of OJT.
### Job Requirements
- Sales experience in the manufacturing industry (approximately 3 years or more).
- English ability (experience using English in business or TOEIC 800 points).
- Business Conversation Level English (TOEIC 735-860).
- Native Level Japanese.
### Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience related to equipment.
- Experience in handling customers in the semiconductor industry.
### Working Conditions
- Type: Annual salary system.
- Annual salary from ¥5,000,000 onwards, including base salary of ¥384,000 onwards/month.
- Bonus: Once a year.
- Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance.
- Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).
- Paid vacation: 10 days or more.
- Social insurance: Health, welfare pension, employment, workers' compensation insurance.
