Corporate Engineer Internal Systems

### Job Description We are looking for a Corporate Engineer (responsible for internal information systems) for our Systems Department/Information Systems Division. You will be broadly responsible for the entire system lifecycle, from the initial stages of IT strategy and planning, to improvement plan development, RFP creation, requirements specification compilation, project management for implementation and construction projects utilizing internal and external resources, operation and maintenance management, and replacement and decommissioning. Furthermore, our internal systems utilize cloud technologies such as AWS, and you may have the opportunity to be involved in those as well. ### Core Responsibilities - Network management of the head office - Information systems server management - Internal help desk - IT planning - Annual plan execution - External negotiations - Coordination ### Mission - Improving company-wide business productivity through IT - Promoting IT services - Promoting utilization - Optimizing IT costs ### Job Requirements [Required] - 2+ years of experience in server construction/operation - 1+ year of experience in network construction/operation [Preferred] - Experience in network or server design - Network-related certifications (Network Specialist, CCNP, etc.) - Advanced experience as an information systems engineer - Experience in internal help desk operations - Experience as a project manager - Organizational management of technical/system departments - Management experience (team leader, chief level or higher) - Language skills (English/Korean) [Desired Candidate Profile] - Ability to communicate effectively with relevant parties - Ability to steadily progress towards goals and see them through to completion - Interest in games and entertainment - Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1)
