Senior Frontend Engineer Lead

Job Description * Lead frontend system design and development using modern JavaScript technologies * Build, test, and release scalable features across consumer-facing web platforms * Improve frontend performance, usability, and reliability at scale * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions * Manage operational tasks including investigation, troubleshooting, and support for inquiries * Contribute to documentation including design specifications and test cases * Ensure strong adherence to security best practices in web development * Drive quality engineering through unit and integration testing Profile * 3+ years of frontend development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS * Hands-on experience with React.js and/or Node.js * Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization * Knowledge of web security fundamentals * Experience in system design and writing technical documentation * Experience with unit and integration testing * Business-level English communication skills Preferred but not required: * Experience with ESLint and modern frontend tooling * JavaScript unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, WDIO) * Frontend architecture design experience * DevOps or system operations experience * Familiarity with Git * Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability Job Offer * Opportunity to lead frontend design in a high-traffic, large-scale platform * Collaborative, international engineering environment * Exposure to cutting-edge frontend technologies and best practices
