Job Summary
As part of the Management Services Division, you will be responsible for end-to-end consulting, from strategy planning to hands-on execution support. The role involves working on PE fund investments, M&A processes, and business growth strategies. You will collaborate with a global team across 22 locations, with approximately 30% of projects being cross-border.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategy planning and management support
- Perform PE fund investment analysis and support
- Manage M&A processes (DD, FA, PMI)
- Lead PMO-style on-site project operations
- Develop growth and new business strategies

Job Details

- Strategy planning and practical execution support for clients.
- Hands-on support for PE fund investments, covering 100-day plans to long-term value creation.
- M&A advisory services including Due Diligence (DD), Financial Advisory (FA), and Post-Merger Integration (PMI).
- Development and implementation of new business and growth strategies.
- PMO-style on-site support to drive management objectives.
