[Job Description] 1. Development collaboration and on-site management between Japan and Vietnam bases • Practical bridging work between the Japanese headquarters and the Vietnam development base • Accurately communicating requirements, design, and quality policies and resolving misunderstandings • Manage progress, quality, and risk for Japan-side projects 2. Supporting the establishment and expansion of the Vietnam base • Organizational design and staffing planning for the expansion of the Vietnam development system • Standardizing and improving development processes and rules • Building systems to improve quality and productivity based on Japanese standards 3. Human Resources Management and Development • Managing, evaluating, and developing Vietnam-side PMs, PLs, and BrSEs • Formulating and implementing development plans for next-generation bridging talent • Making final decisions regarding on-site issues and problems 4. Customer and internal coordination • Negotiating requirements and quality with Japanese customers and responding to reviews • Reporting status to management and proposing improvements [Application Requirements] - Japanese Conversation Level: N1 Equivalent - Languages: Vietnamese (Native), Japanese (Fluent) - Years of Experience: 8+ Years in IT Development/IT Consultant - Programming Language: JAVA (8+ years experience) - Familiarity with common Java frameworks such as Spring, MyBatis, and Hibernate - Understanding of the entire software development process (design, testing, and release) - Basic knowledge of the Japanese software industry and corporate culture - Experience setting up a development center or participating in a business expansion phase - Experience leading organizational expansion, process reform, and standardization - Experience managing large-scale, mission-critical projects
