Power Business Strategy Planner

### Job Description We're hiring for expansion! You will be responsible for overall business strategy and new business development in Rakuten Group's "Energy Sector." ### Specific Job Responsibilities ■ Planning and executing business strategies to expand the energy business ■ Planning measures to strengthen the foundation of existing businesses ■ Planning new services (from planning to execution to increase the number of electricity sales customers) ■ Analyzing current issues, conducting research, planning and executing solutions, and conducting market research (current market research, competitor research, etc.) ■ Planning and executing collaborations with various internal businesses and services ■ Promoting realization (creating proposals, consulting with internal stakeholders, concretizing business models, etc.) ■ Creating various documents, reports, and proposals ### Work Environment ・Business Strategy Team ・Number of members: 3 ・Composition: Men and women in their 30s and 40s ### Job Requirements [Required Qualifications] ■ 3+ years of experience in strategy and planning at a new power company [Preferred Qualifications] ■ Experience in building agencies in the power business ■ Business-level English proficiency ■ Experience communicating with management ### Working Hours 9:00～17:30 (Flex-time system applied; Core time: 11:00～15:00, or 8:00～12:00 on morning meeting days) ### Benefits ■ Commuter allowance (up to ¥50,000/month) ■ Full social insurance coverage ■ Retirement benefits system ■ Training: Initial training, level-specific training, MBA/business school courses, English/Japanese language learning support, Global Experience Program (GEP) ■ Meals: Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided at company cafeteria ■ On-site facilities: Sports gym, hair salon, and nail salon
