Senior IT Engineer
Job Summary
The Senior IT Engineer will manage and support enterprise-level infrastructure including Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure environments. The role requires a strong technical background in automation and networking to support critical systems. Candidates must be able to work independently in a fast-paced global environment with both English and Japanese proficiency.
Responsibilities

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience and solid competency in the following areas:
- Active Directory Domain Services / Entra ID
- Microsoft Exchange (Both on premise and cloud)
- Office 365 & Azure
- PowerShell & Automation
- Box or other cloud-based file storage / sharing system
- Basic Network Concepts (Firewall, Load balancing, TCP/IP Ect)
- Good communication and writing skills and customer facing mindset
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal supervision
- Have basic system security understanding with the knowledge in the following concepts: Multi-Factor Authentication, SSL and PKI
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a senior engineer in a global environment
- Multiple IT-related certifications
- Experience with AI system integrations
Language Requirements:
- English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
- Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2)
