Job Summary
The IT Strategy & Business Planning Specialist will drive business growth through strategic planning and data-driven insights. The role involves leveraging BI tools to optimize business processes and collaborating across global and local teams. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and experience in managing business or technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT and business strategies
- Utilize BI tools for data analysis and reporting
- Manage projects using OKR or QCC frameworks
- Collaborate with global and local cross-functional teams
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years consulting/business/technical experience
- Proficiency in BI tools (Domo, Tableau)
- Fluent Japanese and Business English (TOEIC 800+)
- Project or Product Management experience
- Knowledge of optimization frameworks (Six Sigma)
Job Details
Mandatory Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in consulting, business or technical work
- Experience with BI Tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau)
- Experience in global and Japanese companies
- English: Business level proficiency (TOEIC 800 or above)
- Japanese: Native level
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Computer Science)
Desired Qualifications:
- Program, project, product management
- OKR or QCC (Quality Kaizen) management
- Knowledge of optimization frameworks (e.g., QCC, Six Sigma)
