Job Summary
The Embedded AI Systems Engineering Manager will oversee IoT device lifecycles and technical vendor management. This role involves leading DX solution projects and implementing AI-driven business efficiency improvements. The position requires a candidate with strong project management skills and professional proficiency in both English and Japanese.

Job Description:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Practical experience (approx. 3+ years) in selection, introduction, and support of IoT devices, after-sales service, or technical sales.
- Practical experience in negotiating and managing with vendors handling IoT devices.
- Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with the end-to-end process of device ordering, delivery, and after-sales support.
Job Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent).
- PM experience in device development/DX solution development projects, or experience as an implementation manager in your own department or company.
- Experience with process flow and operation flow.
- Work experience in the IT/telecommunications industry.
- Experience in project planning and management.
- Experience proposing and supporting DX solutions at a consulting firm is a plus.
- Experience leading business efficiency improvements using AI is a plus.
Language Requirements:
- English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
- Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1)
