Infrastructure Operation Automation Engineer

### Job Description As our group expands, IT operations are becoming increasingly complex and dependent on individual expertise. You will be responsible for driving thorough automation and efficiency improvements (NoOps) using technology. While you will also handle existing operations, your mission is to move beyond a 'covering it with operations' culture and build an autonomous IT service delivery platform that requires no human intervention, utilizing ServiceNow, iPaaS, and generative AI. ### Specific Job Responsibilities 1. IT Operations Strategy & 'NoOps' Roadmap - Visualization of current IT operations processes (Toho Headquarters, TGG, and overseas locations) and identification of bottlenecks. - Development of a roadmap and design of a To-Be model for achieving 'NoOps (operation-less)'. 2. Automation & Platform Engineering - Construction of an IT Service Management (ITSM) platform centered on ServiceNow and workflow development. - Full automation of SaaS integration, account management, and license management using iPaaS (Google Workspace Studio/Workato/Zapier, etc.) and scripts (Python/GAS, etc.). - Implementing measures to unmanned help desks and improve self-resolution rates by incorporating Gen-AI (ChatGPT/Gemini, etc.). 3. Global Standardization - Control and standardization of infrastructure and operational rules at each location, which currently exist separately. - Process deployment and adoption support to local IT teams at overseas locations. - Construction of a global communication platform to reduce communication costs. ### Job Requirements **Required Qualifications** - Experience in improving operational processes in the corporate IT or infrastructure domain (5+ years). - Practical experience in business process automation. - Tool development using programming languages (Python, Go, JavaScript/GAS, etc.). - Experience in implementing or managing ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira Service Management. - Experience in implementing system integration using API integration (REST/GraphQL) and iPaaS. - Business-level English proficiency (for coordinating operational flows with overseas offices and creating documentation). **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, etc. - Designing IdPs (Okta, Azure AD) in large organizations. - Experience in automating lifecycle management. - Experience in developing internal bots and business efficiency tools using LLM (Large Language Models).
