Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description: - This role focuses on building and operating scalable infrastructure platforms to support development teams. - You will work on cloud-based environments, improve CI/CD processes, and contribute to automation and system operations while driving continuous improvements across the platform. Responsibilities: • Provide a platform that enables development teams to focus on software development including CI/CD setup, IaC, and security measures • Build scalable platforms by designing automation tools, infrastructure architecture, and reducing operational load • Optimize infrastructure by improving reusability, reducing developer operation efforts, and managing resource sizing and cost • Support system operations by creating operation guidelines, manuals, and improving operational processes • Research and share knowledge on new technologies to drive innovation Requirements: • Experience in cloud infrastructure construction and operation • Experience using Terraform, AWS/GCP CloudFormation, or similar tools for infrastructure setup • Experience managing infrastructure using version control tools such as GitHub • Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, CodeBuild, CircleCI, or similar tools • Native level Japanese proficiency and business level English required for technical communication Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field • Relevant experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering can be considered in place of formal education • Certifications in AWS, GCP, or related cloud technologies are a plus • English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860) • Japanese Level: Native Level Other: • Hybrid work • Five-Day Workweek
