Quality Assurance English Specialist
Job Summary
The position involves acting as a quality control contact for automotive electronic control components. You will be responsible for managing defect investigations and communicating with international manufacturing plants in English. The role requires coordination between customers and production sites to ensure quality standards are met.

Job Details
Job Description: Quality control contact for automotive electronic control components
1. Management of customer-defective products and information, and requesting investigations in English from manufacturing plants (Malaysia, China, Germany)
2. Progress management of defect investigations at manufacturing plants
3. Creation and submission of customer reports on investigation results
4. Application and management of replacement parts
5. On-site defect investigations and sorting at customer locations
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (60-minute break) *Approximately 20 hours of overtime per month
Job Requirements:
- Customer service experience, manufacturing/quality-related knowledge, and electronic component knowledge are preferred.
- Computer skills (Word beginner, Excel intermediate, PowerPoint intermediate level)
- English reading comprehension level: Intermediate
- English conversation level: Intermediate
- TOEIC score of 650 or above *Daily communication with production plants is required, so English email and phone communication skills are required.
English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Other Salary Description: Hourly wage: ¥2,800. Transportation expenses provided, social insurance included.
Holidays: Saturdays and Sundays *Holidays may be work days depending on the company calendar *Long holidays during summer and New Year
Job Contract Period: Temporary employee (initial contract 1 month, with renewal planned)
Nearest Station: 1 minute walk from Center Kita Station (the building is directly connected to the station)
