Job Summary
This role involves high-end real estate consulting and sales targeting wealthy overseas clients in Tokyo. The successful candidate will develop sales strategies and handle luxury residence brokerage, property acquisition, and land development. This position is a candidate for an executive-level role within a venture company focused on property technology.

- Acquisition and sales of entire income-generating properties and land, etc.

Working Hours
- Flextime system (8-hour work schedule, 12:00-16:00 core time)
- 60-minute break
- Overtime available (20 hours/month equivalent to fixed overtime pay)
Salary Details
- Monthly salary: ¥500,000-¥2,080,000/month (Base salary: ¥421,875-¥1,755,000/month + Fixed overtime pay: ¥78,125-¥325,000/month)
- Commuting allowance (paid based on company regulations), overtime pay (fixed overtime pay system: excess overtime paid separately)
