Job Summary
Hyundai E&C Japan is seeking an experienced Executive/Management Controller to lead operations during the establishment and expansion of their new Japanese subsidiary. The role involves overseeing organizational management, driving sales strategies, and managing major construction projects. The successful candidate will leverage global expertise to meet local infrastructure and development needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall business operations of the Japanese subsidiary
- Lead organizational management and team structure

- Drive and promote sales strategy
Required Skills
- 5+ years in general contracting
- Proven management or business experience
- Bachelor's degree (technical background preferred)
- Fluency in Native Japanese
- English or Korean proficiency (preferred)
