### Job Description
As a software engineer, you will be involved in one of the following development areas:
**① Embedded Software Development**
- Development of control software for automobiles, robots, etc.
- Design and development of ECUs (Electronic Control Units)
- Implementation of safety control and motion control
**② Model-Based Development (Simulation)**
- Reproduction of products and environments in a virtual space
- Operational verification using simulation
- Verification work to improve development speed and quality
**③ IT Solution Development**
- Development of customer management systems and business systems
- Responsible for the entire process from design to implementation to testing
**Common Duties**
- Participation in upstream processes such as requirements definition and basic design
- Team-based development and review
- Quality improvement and improvement proposals

### Working Hours
- 08:45 - 17:30 (8 hours of work / 45-minute break)
- Average overtime: Approximately 17.7 hours per month
### Job Requirements
- **Mandatory Requirements**
- Science/Engineering background (technical college, university, graduate school)
- Work experience (inexperienced candidates welcome)
- Japanese language proficiency: N1 level (business level or higher)
- Desire to grow as an engineer
- **Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience learning programming (any language)
- Knowledge of information technology or science/engineering during student years
- Interest in the IT/software industry
- Experience working in a team and strong communication skills
- A desire to take on upstream processes (design/requirements definition) in the future
### Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: ¥4,100,000 - ¥6,090,000
- Full-time employment
- 126 days of annual leave
- Complete two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday), plus public holidays
