Job Summary
The Operation Staff role focuses on promoting the Aizu and Inawashiro region to international visitors while providing exceptional hospitality. Key responsibilities include facility management, bridging communication between foreign and Japanese staff, and executing marketing initiatives. This position involves both snow season operations and diverse green season management experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage facility operations during snow and green seasons

Job Details
Job Description:
■ You will be responsible for the planning and operation of each facility, mainly during the snow season.
- General operational work at each facility (administration/work).
- Interpretation and translation services for foreign visitors and foreign staff.
- Bridging the gap between foreign staff and Japanese staff (bridge human resources).
■ Specifically:
- Foreign staff recruitment - employment.
- Operational management of staff in charge.
- Sales, information dissemination, and promotional activities domestically and internationally.
- Various translation services.
- Cooperation with Japanese employees and staff.
- Acting as a liaison with foreign companies in overseas expansion, etc. (bridge human resources).
- Innovation and planning from a foreign perspective.
- Promoting the globalization of Japanese employees.
■ Marketing and Promotion:
- Sales domestically and internationally.
- Transmission of information promotion marketing activities.
- Various translation services.
■ Green Season Experience (Group company):
- Shop manager at golf course.
- Management of front desk operations at golf courses.
- Strawberry farm management experience.
- From BBQ setup to sales and advertising.
Working Hours:
- 8:00-17:00 (1 hour break).
Job Requirements:
