Job Summary
This position focuses on visualizing and optimizing business processes through the automation and digitalization of back-office, sales, and logistics operations. You will be responsible for designing and implementing AI agents and workflows using tools like Dify, n8n, and various LLMs. The role involves end-to-end project management, from tool selection to post-implementation operation, to drive productivity and operational efficiency.

### Position Overview
This position will visualize and optimize our own and our client companies' business processes, and promote the automation and digitalization of back-office, sales, logistics, manufacturing, and marketing processes using n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), RPA (UiPath/WinActor), OCR, Dify, and other technologies. You will be responsible for everything from process design to tool selection, implementation, and operation, contributing to improving productivity, optimizing costs, eliminating dependency on individual employees, and strengthening internal controls. You will combine logic design (e.g., prompts, RAGs) for large-scale language models (LLMs) with integration with external systems (e.g., SaaS, databases), to build AI agents and workflows that autonomously execute a series of tasks.
### Specific Work Responsibilities
1. **Automation Platform Development**
- Building AI agents using n8n / Zapier / Make
- Automating routine tasks with RPA (UiPath / WinActor / Power Automate)
- Digitizing paper and fax processes with OCR
- Building AI agents and AI summaries using Dify / GPT API / Claude API
- Advanced automation combining scripts (Python / JavaScript)
2. **Data Integration / System Integration (iPaaS)**
- Integration with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), ERP, accounting, WMS, SFA, chat, and email
- Building an ecosystem through API integration and webhook design
- Automatic synchronization between systems (Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, etc.)
3. **Project Management**
- PM/PMO for digital transformation projects
- Schedule, resource, and risk management
- Progress reviews and stakeholder communication
- Post-implementation operation and improvement cycle (PDCA)
### Requirements
- Experience building AI agents using Dify, n8n, make, zapier, etc.
- General web development skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) and data analysis skills
- Ability to identify on-site issues, formulate hypotheses, and implement improvements
- English Level: Daily Conversation (TOEIC 475-730)
- Japanese Level: Native Level
