### Job Description We are seeking an individual to handle all PR activities for ZEN University, Japan's leading online university. You will be responsible for widely promoting the appeal of ZEN University, which aims to provide diverse learning experiences in a time of great change. ### Major Duties - Press release creation and distribution. - Media promotion and media relations building. - Interview responses and press conference planning/hosting. - Official blog posting management. - Official social media posting management. ### Job Requirements **Required Qualifications:** - Public relations experience at a business or PR firm (3+ years). - Experience managing official company social media or blogs. - Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Preferred Qualifications:** - Public relations experience in the education industry. - Experience setting up a public relations system. - Business-level English communication skills. - Image/video editing experience (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro). ### Language Requirements - Japanese: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1). - English: Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730). ### Working Conditions - Working Hours: Flextime system (core time 11:00-15:00), 60-minute break. - Overtime: Approximately 20 hours/month. - Holidays: 123 days of annual holidays; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off. - Contract: Full-time employee with a 3-month probationary period. - Location: Kabukiza Tower, directly connected to Higashi-Ginza Station.
