Job Description
Due to the expansion of Roblox’s presence in the domestic market and GeekOut’s growing business scope, large-scale projects with domestic IP projects are rapidly increasing. To manage multiple projects simultaneously, there is an urgent need to strengthen the project management system and increase team members who can drive initiatives end-to-end.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead multiple IP projects simultaneously.
- Accelerate global development and operations with English as the primary communication language.
- Design and implement systems for continuous project optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Define requirements, plan, design, and manage production for gaming experiences.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in team assignments and creative direction.
- Analyze post-release data, propose improvements, and drive update initiatives.
- Support proposal creation, including structuring presentation materials and project planning.
Working Hours & Environment:
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (60-minute break).
- Work System: Flexible working hours with core time.
- In-office days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
- Remote work days: Tuesday, Thursday.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in project management or account management.
- Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Japanese proficiency (JLPT Level 1 or N1).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in planning or managing projects within the game or entertainment industry.
- Experience collaborating with overseas development teams.
- Experience using data analysis to propose improvements.
- Experience in project management organizations or launching new projects.
