Job Description Our company is an IT company that operates multiple web services, including a night leisure portal site with over 100 million monthly page views. The IT Communicator position we are currently recruiting for will connect overseas development bases with domestic teams, supporting project progress and quality improvement. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with global teams and contributing to quality improvement. ◆ Specifically As an IT Communicator, you will facilitate smooth collaboration with our Vietnam base and contribute to progress management and quality improvement. Furthermore, those with QA expertise can also be involved in a wide range of QA tasks, such as test design, execution, analysis, and automation, to improve the quality of our web services. [Job Description] * Communication with the Vietnam QA team, progress management, results review, and specification sharing coordination. * Review of specifications, creation of test plans, test design, and execution of exploratory testing. [Example of a typical day for an IT communicator] 10:00 AM: Arrive at work, check tasks, morning meeting 11:00 AM: Meeting with the Ho Chi Minh City QA team 12:00 PM: Review and translation of specifications 2:00 PM: Lunch break 3:00 PM: Respond to Q&A from the Ho Chi Minh City QA team 4:00 PM: Review and translation of test cases 5:00 PM: Test design and execution 7:00 PM: Write daily report, leave work ◆ What is QA (Quality Assurance)?
