Store Manager Osaka Nagoya

Job Description We are seeking experienced Store Managers to lead the spring 2027 grand openings of our new boutiques in Nagoya or Osaka. In this key role, you will build a dynamic team from the ground up and drive operational excellence to establish our brand presence in these vibrant new locations. This role also offers exciting potential opportunities for future international transfers to our overseas boutiques! Main Responsibilities: • Drive boutique sales performance, profitability, and strategic business growth to achieve sales targets and KPIs. • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and cultivate long-term client relationships to strengthen brand loyalty. • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing boutique team while fostering a positive team culture. • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash control, and compliance with company policies. • Maintain brand excellence through effective visual merchandising, boutique presentation, and client engagement initiatives. Working Hours Shift Based (8 hours of actual work/depending on store hours) Job Requirements Must Have Qualifications: • Strong management and leadership skills. • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. • Client relationship management and customer-centric approach. • Proactive, adaptable, and open-minded. • Native-level Japanese with fluency in English.
