Lead Full Stack Engineer

Job Description Join a high-impact development team responsible for delivering business-critical digital solutions used by a large consumer customer base. This role combines hands-on full stack development with system design leadership, offering the opportunity to influence architecture, scalability, and user experience across web and mobile applications. Description * Lead the design and development of modern web and mobile applications. * Develop customer-facing features using React.js and React Native. * Build and maintain backend services using Spring Boot (Java) and Redis. * Design scalable system architecture, data structures, and database schemas. * Develop and manage APIs, integrations, and server-side components. * Create reusable front-end components and libraries to improve development efficiency. * Convert UX/UI designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code. * Optimize application performance across browsers, devices, and platforms. * Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to deliver new features. * Promote engineering best practices and provide technical guidance to junior team members. * Contribute to system reliability, security, and long-term maintainability. Profile * 6-10 years of professional software development experience. * Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript. * Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot (Java) and Redis. * Extensive experience developing applications with React.js. * Experience building mobile applications using React Native. * Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern authentication and authorization practices. * Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux or MobX. * Knowledge of JSON Web Token (JWT) and related security concepts. * Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. * Fluent English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with GraphQL. * Familiarity with Node.js or other server-side technologies. * Understanding of Agile development methodologies. * Open-source contributions or an active GitHub portfolio.
