[Job Responsibilities] * Sales to new clients and management of existing clients in Japan * Negotiations and product proposals with clients * Creation of quotations and proposals * Order management and delivery date adjustments * Invoice issuance and monthly settlement-related tasks * Logistics and product shipping-related tasks * Business communication with clients and the Korean headquarters * Other sales management and administrative support tasks * In addition to training after joining the company, there will be 1-2 business trips to Korea per year. Scope of changes to duties: Within the scope determined by the company Working Hours • Flexible working hours (Shift work system available: You can choose your start time in 30-minute increments between 8:00 and 10:00) • 8 hours of work per day / 1 hour break • Working hours are negotiable (Those who wish to balance work with childcare/family life are also welcome to consult) • Overtime: Yes Job Requirements [Required Qualifications] * Corporate sales experience (目安: 3 years or more) * Ability to travel to Korea 1-2 times a year * Interest in client relations and product proposal work * Basic PC skills * Ability to communicate in everyday conversation in English or Korean * Korean or English will be used for communication with the head office president and clients. * No prior industry experience required * No obstacles to employment and visa acquisition in Japan * Educational background: Graduate school, university, technical college, junior college, vocational school, high school [Desired Candidate Profile] * Ability to communicate smoothly and cooperate with staff in a small office * Bright and proactive communication skills English Level Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730) Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1) Korean Level Daily Conversation Level Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4500K Over Other Salary Description Expected annual salary: Approximately 4,500,000 yen *Final determination will be based on skills and experience.
