[Job Description] As a candidate for head of the Data & AI Consulting business, you will drive business strategy, service development, project acquisition, and organizational expansion. • Formulating a medium-term growth strategy for the Data & AI business • Proposing solutions to CDOs, CIOs, and business leaders • Acquiring data strategy, AI, and analytics platform projects • Developing new services and solutions • Account management for key clients • Overseeing delivery quality and profitability • Building a team of consultants, data scientists, and engineers • Driving partnerships with technology companies Working Hours Flexible working hours. Standard working hours: 8 hours per day. No core time. [Application Requirements] • 10+ years of experience in cloud or IT consulting • Experience in sales, proposal, and securing large-scale projects • Experience in P&L or organizational revenue management • Experience negotiating with CIOs and CTOs • Business-level or higher English proficiency • Native Level Japanese proficiency Salary & Benefits Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and current annual income.
