Server Engineer

Job Description Upon joining the company, you will start with one of the following tasks, depending on your skills, and gradually move up to more upstream processes. 【Step 1: Foundation Building & Catch-up】 - Operation, maintenance, and monitoring of Linux/Windows servers (Zabbix/Datadog, etc.) - User account management, patch application, backup support, log investigation in case of failure - Initial troubleshooting - Recovery support 【Step 2: Construction & Implementation (After Gaining Practical Experience)】 - OS installation (RHEL, Ubuntu, Windows Server), provisioning middleware (Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) - Automation of routine tasks using configuration shell scripts (Bash) and PowerShell, server construction on virtualized environments (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) 【Step 3: Design & Requirements Definition (Future Career)】 - Planning migrations associated with server replacement (upgrade) - Design of server redundancy configurations (clustering) considering availability and reliability (P2V/V2V/V2C), design and policy formulation for enhanced security (Hardening), promotion of configuration management as code (IaC) using Ansible, etc. ■ Performance Evaluation and Career Support System/Incentive System: An incentive system built on fairness and transparency. Job Requirements [Required Qualifications] • Experience in infrastructure (network/server) operation and maintenance, or practical experience in any form of security monitoring and operation. *The number of years of practical experience in "implementation and construction of security products" is not required. *A strong desire to become a security engineer is highly valued. [Preferred Qualifications] - Security-related certifications such as Certified Information Security Professional, CISSP, CompTIA Security+ - Experience using SIEM/log analysis tools such as Splunk and Datadog - Deep knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.) - Interest in security design in cloud environments (AWS/Azure) - Japanese Level Native Level
