You will co-lead the performance reporting, planning, and forecasting cycle, and support the Group's stakeholder coordination and communication management.

ARCHION Group's FP&A functions are divided into specialized teams.
1. Profitability, Cash Flow, and Capital Efficiency
You will play a key role in improving the Group's financial performance.
You will work closely with the accounting team and Investor Relations (IR).
Provide actionable insights and develop compelling stories for the capital markets.
Improve profitability, optimize cash flow, and improve capital efficiency
2. Investment and Capital Allocation
You will be responsible for defining effective capital allocation methods to maximize value creation across the product portfolio and innovation pipeline.
This role will shape future investments, ensuring resources are allocated to the most promising opportunities based on profit pools, synergy potential, and long-term growth goals.
3. Synergies & Methods
- Work closely with product planning and strategy teams to evaluate synergy progress and provide clear analysis of key trends to management.
- Formulate and implement group-wide FP&A policies.
- Report on financial performance indicators (KPIs) and improve operational efficiency across the group and affiliates.

・Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
・Experience: Practical MBS simulation skills (SIMPACK/PERMAS preferred), programming skills (Matlab preferred)

English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level: Native Level
